Chris' Background
I have been practicing accounting for over 15 years. I was involved in Public Accounting for 8 years providing comprehensive tax and accounting services to a variety of owner operated and medium sized business clients across many industries, as well as providing personal tax services. Subsequently, I shifted my career into private industry and for the past 7 years have served as the financial controller at the head office of a major Canadian group of companies in the food industry. This role within the Senior leadership team has given me the unique perspective as having both the practical experience involved in running a business and the day-to-day problem solving that is required. Also, having the professional background to help guide and assist with long-term strategic goals of the business, including the scope of knowledge to provide additional support with tax advice and planning services.
Chris' Practice
My intention is to continue the great quality of professional service you have been accustomed to with Peter. I will be operating my practice out of an office in the North end of Aurora – 2 Orchard Heights Blvd., unit #24 (St. Andrew’s Plaza), which is a short drive from Peter’s current home office location in Newmarket. Feel free to stop by if you are in the area for a quick tour and a coffee. My team and I are very excited and are looking forward to serving you. Outside of the office my wife and I keep busy chasing our young son around, and keeping our aussie-doodle puppy out of trouble.
